content FAQ
2.
How is progress evaluated?
A proficiency evaluation is made prior to and
at the end of each training. In addition to this,
the teacher re-evaluates with the student, after
the first few lessons, the course so far. In this
way the course can be adapted if necessary.
content FAQ
3.
Is the support material included in the programme
fee?
The student receives cassettes, a syllabus or
other material in relation of the chosen theme
or the specific skills requested.
content FAQ
4.
Are the courses available for both managers and
employees?
Yes.. However each course is adapted
to the learner's needs and to the nature of his
work environment.
Examples:
As businessmen and women have to negotiate, convince,
persuade, the negotiation options are suitable
for them.
Managers want to feel at ease both professionally
and sociably. For them the appropriate programme
would be one that stresses idiomatic expressions
and intercultural differences.
The more technical personnel in charge of production
need to learn practical vocabulary and structures
that they can use immediately.

5.
Is there any flexibility in the course contents?
The eight THEMA options that are offered cover
the language skills most often requested.
Of course, we adapt the chosen themes and the
support material in relation to the student's
branch of activity.
In addition to the 8 basic options of the Business
Plus programme, THEMA also offers tailor-made
training to meet the company's specific needs.

6.
Do you have intensive courses? Which type?
Learning a language is a long-term investment
and THEMA is ready to meet any requirements needing
intensive language training within a given period.
In this case we set up a plan covering the specific
needs with the students.
An example of such an intensive THEMA programme
is the 3 x 6 hours formula spread over three Saturdays.

Yes, THEMA has been officially
recognized by both the Flemish Government
and the Brussels Capital region.
This is very important news for companies because
this recognition allows them to take advantage
